And a fold-flat front passenger seat adds even more to Compass's already excellent versatility.

2.4L I-4 engine (28 mpg hwy)
Compass's 2.4L DOHC I-4 engine is one of the greenest on the planet. This year's model gets an EPA-estimated 28 mpg highway[3], making it the most HWY fuel efficient 4WD in America[2]. And is also classified as a Partial Zero Emissions Vehicle, or PZEV. This means that the vehicle meets the Super Low Emission Vehicle (SULEV) tailpipe emission standards and has zero evaporative emissions from its fuel system. So while you're conquering nature, you're helping save it. Last year, the equally fuel efficient 2.0L World Engine was developed and is still available on Compass Sport 4x2.
